Overview
A project between Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, the University of Oxford and Akrivia Health. The aim is to investigate the impact of the COVID pandemic on mental health services. We look at the sudden shift to telepsychiatry (remote consultations) and their impact on patient outcomes. Besides high impact publications and knowledge transfer, Telemachus will form the foundation for developing NHS telepsychiatry training packages. The project initially involves 2 Mental Health Trusts, with the intention of scaling the study across the whole Akrivia network.
